Meet the Didn't Go Cap
Introducing the VÅGA Didn’t Go Cap. Inspired by a comment at the VÅGA office that felt all too familiar, it's built around a statement that's as honest as it gets: "WOKE UP FELT SH!T DIDN'T GO". Because not every run happens.
Even when we're operating at the top of our game, there are days when our bodies simply can't give us what we want. Days when recovery takes priority. Days when motivation disappears. Days when life gets in the way.
As runners, we're conditioned to celebrate the miles, the races and the personal bests. But every runner has their own version of "didn't go". The session that stayed on the training plan. The alarm that was switched off. The run that never left the group chat. The body that quietly asked for rest instead.
It's the DNF we didn't plan, but the one our bodies begged for.
The Didn't Go Cap celebrates those moments. A reminder that choosing not to run can sometimes be the smartest decision a runner makes.
